Who can make a CTP claim for a car accident in Cairns?

If you have been injured in a car accident in Queensland and you were not responsible (or you were only partially responsible), you may have a right to claim. This includes drivers, passengers, motorcyclists, cyclists, pedestrians, bus and other road users.
