What an incredible day at the 11th annual Travis Schultz Winemakers MasterClass! On Friday, 19th of May 2023, over 300 people came together to raise an astounding $185,600 for SunnyKids. We are so proud to be a part of such an incredibly generous community.
These funds go a long way in helping SunnyKids run their invaluable programs, which guide and support local kids from challenging backgrounds, and enable them to become our next generation of leaders.
It was sensational to hear and learn from some of the oldest wine families in the business. A huge kudos to Barossa Boy Wines, Mayfield Vineyards, Hugh Hamilton Wines and Howard Park Wines for making the trip and our day!
Celebrating 11 years, this event includes some of Australia’s favourite wines matched to a four-course degustation lunch. Event MC Justin Veivers founding member of Sunnykids, alongside Travis Schultz guided guests through an afternoon of entertainment including our winemakers master class with some of Australia’s best winemakers and oldest wine families in the industry.
The annual Winemakers Master Class showcases an incredible sense of connection in our community, one that we’re so proud to be part of. As a compensation law firm with a community conscience, it is in our blood to support our Sunshine Coast locals who need it most. The goal of this event is to raise in excess of 180,000 for SunnyKids’ ‘Village in Schools’ program, including SunnyKids in Schools (SKIS) and Mentoring Through Sports (MTS), which provide a social and emotional safety net for thousands of children and their families
