Award-winning compensation law firm, Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP), continues to strengthen its position as one of the state’s leading personal injury firms, with further recognition in the Doyle’s Guide Queensland annual rankings for 2026. A total of 11 lawyers across the firm’s offices in the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns and Innisfail were featured in the guide.
A standout is early career lawyer Shelby Bennett, who made her debut in the Guide in the Rising Star in Injury & Compensation Law category. Based in the firm’s Brisbane office, Ms Bennett was admitted in 2024 and has demonstrated her legal expertise and talent across complex claims.

Another highlight from this year’s results is the recognition of lawyers for the firm’s newest office in the Gold Coast, which opened in 2024. Principal & Gold Coast Leader Nickelle Morris appears for the second year running, and there’s also a debut recognition for Special Counsel Amanda Gilmour, with Recommended in the Work Injury Compensation Lawyers (Plaintiff) category.
Based in TSP’s Gold Coast office since 2025, Ms Gilmour is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and has over 19 years of experience dealing with complex and catastrophic claims. Her inclusion in the peer-reviewed Guide reflects her legal acumen and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.

TSP was the only firm in Queensland to be recognised a total of 24 times across the four core compensation categories; Work Injury Compensation Lawyers (Plaintiff), Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyers (Plaintiff), Public Liability Compensation Lawyers (Plaintiff), and Medical Negligence Compensation Lawyers (Plaintiff), and including the Rising Star category.
Mr Schultz was also once again recognised in all four of the core compensation law categories. He was also the only lawyer in Queensland to be ranked in the highest categories as Market Leader and Preeminent across the Motor Vehicle, Public Liability and Work Injury categories.
