Personal injury and compensation law firm, Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP), has proudly taken out the Professional Services Category (large), second year in a row, at the prestigious 2021 Sunshine Coast Business Awards.

The award win caps off a huge year for the firm who has grown from strength to strength despite the challenging circumstances the pandemic has dealt Queensland businesses.

TSP Managing Partner, Travis Schultz, said he was humbled by the honour and incredibly proud of what the firm had achieved in such a short time.

“TSP was founded three and a half years ago from a base of zero and with humble ambitions to grow to as many as six or seven people,” Mr Schultz said.

“Today, we have a team of more than 30 exceptional lawyers, paralegals and specialist staff who have built a solid reputation for fairness on the Sunshine Coast, a community we could not be prouder to serve,” he said.

“I wish to congratulate all the finalists in our category including the winner of the Professional Services Category (Small) – HRM Consulting; an impressive group of firms that we were honoured to be in the esteemed company of.

“I would also like to thank the Sunshine Coast Chamber Alliance and Awards Committee for providing a rigorous awards process and the professional services category sponsor, Englander Davis.

“Above all, I wish to thank our dedicated and passionate TSP team who have established themselves as an industry leading group of professionals who turn up to work every day with an unwavering enthusiasm for improving the lives of our clients,” Mr Schultz said.

Despite the size and scale of large corporate compensation firms, TSP has not only managed to compete, but has cemented itself as a leading compensation law firm in Queensland, achieving exceptional results for clients with a lower fee guarantee and community conscious approach.

“If the last three years have taught me anything, it’s having a high expertise, low cost, value driven and community approach that has set TSP apart from other firms,” Mr Schultz said.

“We don’t have a marketing budget that can compete with the big corporate firms, but what we lack in marketing bells and whistles, we make up for with our genuineness, community conscience and preparedness to advocate for those in our community who need it most.”

TSP is based on the Sunshine Coast and has offices in Brisbane City, Cairns, and the Gold Coast. The firm manages compensation claims for clients across a range of areas including insurance, personal injury, and negligence cases.
