Travis Schultz & Partners cements position as one of the country’s top compensation law firms

High profile Queensland-based compensation law firm, Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP), has cemented itself as one of the country’s top compensation law firms, with seven of its lawyers receiving high-level rankings in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide for 2021.

It’s a record achievement for the boutique firm that has enjoyed a steady upwards trajectory since founder and Managing Partner, Travis Schultz, launched TSP in 2018.

Mr Schultz said the Doyle’s Guide listings were an honour and reflection of the high calibre of lawyers who have joined the firm in the last three years.

“Once upon a time we were celebrating my own Doyle’s Guide listings as one of only two lawyers who made up TSP at its inception,” Mr Schultz said.

“In 2021, I am delighted to say we have seven lawyers who have received high-level rankings on this respected, independent listing and I am so proud of our team and the firm we have grown to be,” he said.

Mr Schultz has achieved a rare honour being the only Queensland lawyer to be recognised with a Preeminent ranking in three categories including Work Injury Compensation (Plaintiff), Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation (Plaintiff) and Public Liability (Plaintiff).

Other TSP lawyers who ranked highly included:

• Mark O’Connor as Leading Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff), Recommended Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff), and Recommended Public Liability Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff).
• Hugh Powell has been promoted from Rising Star in 2019 to his first official ranking in 2021 as Recommended Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) and Recommended Public Liability Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff).
• Michael Callow is recognised as Recommended Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) and Recommended Public Liability Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff).
• Tim McClymont is recognised as Leading Public Liability Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff), Recommended Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) and Recommended Medical Negligence Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff).
• Trent Johnson who recently joined the firm to head up the Brisbane office received a Recommended for Medical Negligence Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff).

TSP was also recognised as a Leading Law Firm in three categories including Work Injury Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation and Public Liability.

The accolades come off the back of TSP’s merger with the personal injury department of esteemed Brisbane law firm, Bennett & Philp.
