Meet the team

Kylie Walmsley
Associate Lawyer Kylie Walmsley has been a practicing lawyer for the last six years and brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to our Cairns team.
With an in-depth knowledge of personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, public liability, total and permanent disability claims, and in particular WorkCover claims, Kylie is passionate about ensuring clients get the help and treatment they need. She was one of the youngest personal injury lawyers in Queensland to run a supreme court trial in a WorkCover claim.
Kylie is a strong advocate for her clients and works towards securing fair compensation, as well as a sense of hope, for the future. She aims to make clients feel at ease with her empathetic and down-to-earth approach and to guide them through what can, at times, be a complex and traumatic experience in people’s lives.
Outside the office, Kylie is a keen hiker and loves finding new scenic spots and waterfalls. When not outdoors she likes settling down with a true crime podcast and glass of red wine.
