Meet the team

Having worked in the legal industry for several years, Lilou works as a paralegal in our Brisbane office with a desire to be part of a team providing justice for people going through challenging times.

Currently studying for a dual degree – Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Biomedical Science – at QUT, Lilou is interested in the crossovers within law and medicine and is keen to delve further into the complex area of health law. She has a strong sense of justice in helping people get the compensation they deserve and aims to guide clients through the process with empathy and patience. For Lilou the TSP values of compassion and making a difference in the community strongly align with her own.

Lilou is passionate about giving back and is an Ambassador and Alumni for Women in STEM Queensland, representing South-East Queensland. She is also an active participant in the Save the Children and Kids off Nauru campaigns which supports children in community detention in Australia.

In her spare time Lilou enjoys Pilates, cooking and travelling to new places.
