Meet the team

Natasha oversees the financial management of the firm. Utilising data to help build the strategic objectives of TSP, Natasha assists to shape and support the organisational culture, and amplify our services to achieve our client focused goals.

Natasha began her career in the legal industry as a young professional, gaining experience with commercial, franchise, wills and estate related matters.

Having left the legal industry to study for a Bachelor of Business & Commerce degree and specialist accounting accreditation, Natasha returns to apply a wealth of knowledge gained from spending several years working in both public practice accounting (external auditor) and private equity business (group financial accountant).

Natasha oversees and controls high-level financial management and strategies, trust accounting and any matters that require escalation.

Natasha is responsible for ensuring revenue targets are met, cashflow management, budgeting and forecasting, trust account compliance, business continuity and stakeholder management with skills and expertise including financial and management accounting, audit and trust accounting.
