Meet the team
Nickelle Morris
Accredited Specialist Nickelle Morris joined Travis Schultz & Partners in August 2024 as an inaugural member of the Gold Coast team. With over two decades of plaintiff experience, Nickelle stands out for her drive to advocate for her client’s rights.
Nickelle’s expertise lies in personal injury claims involving traumatic brain injuries and catastrophic injuries including spinal cord damage and amputations, covering all areas of compensation law, including workers’ compensation, public liability, and Compulsory Third-Party claims.
Throughout her career, Nickelle has championed the rights of clients who have faced severe injuries or psychological trauma, whether from personal injury or the loss of loved ones. She approaches every case with a meticulous touch, ensuring that her clients receive not only legal representation but also comprehensive support through a network of health professionals dedicated to their rehabilitation and recovery.
Nickelle’s exceptional skill in navigating the complexities of the National Injury Insurance Scheme in Queensland and the National Disability Insurance Scheme uniquely positions her to address the intricate medical, legal, and financial details of each case.
Nickelle chose to join Travis Schultz & Partners because of their reputation for expertise, and unwavering commitment to clients – values that resonate with her own dedication to helping clients rebuild their lives after a catastrophic injury.
Her practical and technical expertise is matched by a genuine compassion for those she represents. Her journey in law began in 1998 as a receptionist in a small firm, where she quickly advanced to support roles in criminal law, family law, and personal injury law. This early experience marked the beginning of her commitment in advocating for people in their most challenging times.
When she’s not advocating for her clients, Nickelle enjoys life on the Gold Coast with her family. She’s an avid boater and spends her weekends cheering on her two sporty teenage children at their rugby, netball, and AFL games.
