Following a career that saw him work for Ernst and Young, the Australian Taxation Office, WorkCover Qld and the Australian Federal Police, Tim was admitted as a lawyer in 2007 when he joined Schultz Toomey O’Brien Lawyers.
Having now practised law for more than 13 years, Tim has extensive experience across a broad range of civil litigation matters including contract and leasing disputes, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, trade practices, debt recovery, wills and estates and compensation law.
A partner at Travis Schultz & Partners, Tim works closely with Travis on a number of matters.
Tim was listed in the 2020 Doyle’s Guide as a recommended work injury compensation lawyer.
With a community focus, Tim also believes in giving back and making a difference as a volunteer with the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Service and he also sits on the Judiciary for the Sunshine Coast Gympie Rugby League.
When not working and volunteering Tim enjoys the simple pleasures – a cold beer and a steak sandwich on a Friday afternoon somewhere near the water is a great way to end the week, before relaxing and spending time with his family.
