Travis Schultz

Managing Partner

Deeply motivated to ensure justice is accessible for everyone, Travis founded Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) in 2018 with a vision to create a professional services firm driven by the values of fairness, respect and compassion. Today, a major pillar of his law practice is to offer industry leading legal representation with a No Win / No Fee, lower fee promise. Travis has been a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law since 1999 and is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading compensation lawyers.

In 2021, the reputable and independent national Doyle’s Guide exclusively acknowledged him as the only lawyer in Australia to be ranked in the top category of ‘Pre-eminent’ in all three compensation law areas of public liability, workers’ compensation and motor vehicle law. This honour, determined by his legal peers, is the sixth listing in a row for Travis.

In 2019, 2021 & 2022, TSP were winners of the Professional Services Category in the prestigious Sunshine Coast Business Awards.

Travis is deeply motivated to helping his community and is abundantly generous with his time, energy, passion, and resources to change lives and bring joy and support to so many worthwhile causes.

One of his inspirations, The Spring Racing Gala for Wishlist has raised more than $1.2m for Sunshine Coast Health Services since its inception and is now the biggest and most successful annual fundraising event on the Sunshine Coast. For the philanthropists and wine-lovers, the annual Travis Schultz Winemakers Master Class sees more than 340 people from the business community join together to experience a unique showcase of wines over lunch, while raising vital funds for SunnyKids. Since it began, more than $600k has been raised for SunnyKids.

In case you are wondering what Travis does in his spare time, be assured that he has devoted his time to sitting on several Committees and Boards. When he is not being a regular wine columnist for the Sunshine Coast Daily, he loves to travel and spend quality time with this family, which often includes playing cricket, fishing, cycling and mountain biking with his overly energetic son, Ashton.
