I’m so pleased to announce the promotion of four outstanding lawyers across our Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast offices. Candice Heisler, Libby Thomas, Karla Macpherson and Aiden Warneke have each made a meaningful contribution to our firm, our clients and their local communities, and these promotions reflect that ongoing dedication.
Candice Heisler has been promoted to Special Counsel in our Brisbane office. Since joining TSP in 2023, Candice has showcased her expertise in compensation law with exceptional skill and dedication. As a trusted and respected practitioner, she is also a great mentor for junior staff.
On the Gold Coast, Karla Macpherson has been promoted to Senior Associate. Karla is known for her diligence and the care she takes in guiding clients through the claims process. Her collaborative style, attention to detail and compassion underpin the strong outcomes she achieves for her clients.
We have also recognised two promotions within our Sunshine Coast team. Libby Thomas has been promoted to Senior Associate following consistent professional recognition and multiple award nominations. With her background in healthcare, Libby brings a unique perspective to her work and combines sharp legal insight with a deeply empathetic approach to client care.
Aiden Warneke has also been promoted to Associate. Aiden joined the firm in 2020 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2023. She has quickly established herself as a valued member of the team, supporting clients navigating serious injury and trauma with professionalism, care and strong legal knowledge.
