I am thrilled to welcome Special Counsel Amanda Gilmour to the firm. With more than 17 years of experience, including a decade as a QLS Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, Amanda joining the team further strengthens our expertise across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Amanda’s appointment now brings our team of Accredited Specialists to eight, which is the highest number of any firm in the state. She joins Hugh Powell, Travis Schultz, Trent Johnson, Greg Spinda, Beth Rolton, Nickelle Morris and Michael Callow, who are each recognised for their high level of competency and knowledge by the QLS, along with our team of specialist personal injury lawyers.

Amanda is an exceptional lawyer and highly credentialed, with a particular focus on complex claims involving catastrophic injuries, head trauma and medical negligence. Equally committed to mentoring junior lawyers, she is passionate about contributing to the profession while continuing to deliver outcomes that matter for clients.

As a member of the QLS Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee, Amanda also helps shape the future of personal injury law in Queensland. She serves as Director of Concussion Australia Ltd, a not-for-profit committed to improving education and support in the head trauma space.

With her passion for getting the best possible outcome for her clients, Amanda says that joining the team here at TSP was the next natural step; “What drew me to TSP was the firm’s fairness to clients and its expertise – both in outcomes and how matters are conducted. TSP is known not only for its expertise but for doing the right thing by people. I’m excited to be part of a team that is client-centred in its offering.”

As we remain focused on sharing our expertise in personal injury law, we’re proud to have a highly skilled team made up of hardworking individuals who are dedicated to pursuing excellence and justice for their clients.
