Meet the team

Aiden Warneke
Attracted to our philosophy of fairness and putting people before profits, Aiden joined Travis Schultz & Partners in 2020 because of her values around ethical practice and social justice.
A welcome addition to our team of compensation experts, Aiden was admitted as a Lawyer in June 2023. Driven by a belief that everyone matters equally, her purpose is to help people to be heard in a supportive environment.
Aiden has an extensive background in administration, training, and the provision of executive and paralegal support. With a love of justice from an early age, her childhood dreams to become a police officer evolved into law, and specifically, an area of law that would help people feel protected.
Known for her approachability and willingness, Aiden is a genuine and humble person to have by your side during possibly one of the toughest times in your life.
Aiden’s deep-felt responsibility to the community, sees her support the cause efforts at TSP. She gravitates towards helping those at risk – having been a volunteer in surf lifesaving – to now supporting various community groups on the sunshine coast, Aiden believes in the safety and protection of others.
Outside of work, and the surf, Aiden enjoys a good road trip, camping, and exploring the great outdoors.
