Meet the team

Emma brings to the TSP team more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, having worked across a broad range of personal injury claims over the years. From workers compensation to motor vehicle accidents, Emma believes in being her client’s voice to ensure they are adequately represented through the legal process.  

Emma is passionate about client advocacy and believes in providing not only expert professional services but also seeking justice for her clients as efficiently as possible to ensure her clients receive the bulk of their settlement funds at a time when they need it most.  

With a diverse range of knowledge across the industry, Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University in 2011. She then went on to complete Practical Legal Training at the College of Law, before being admitted in 2012. Emma has been fighting for people’s rights ever since.  

In addition to her work at TSP, Emma is also a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and Women Lawyers Association of Queensland.

Outside of her professional life, Emma loves spending time with her family and being a supportive mum of her two boys.
