Throughout his career, Jonathon has accumulated significant expertise representing clients under the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld), with a notable focus on acting for WorkCover Queensland and large, self-insured entities. His specialization extends across the entire spectrum of workers’ compensation claims, encompassing statutory claims, pre-proceedings, and litigation.

Having started his career acting for defendants, Jonathon also successfully managed a substantial portfolio of personal injury claims under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 and the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994. His clientele includes both private entities and government clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the legal nuances in these matters.
