Meet the team

Thea joined the Travis Schultz & Partner’s team in 2022 as an Executive Assistant and was shortly after promoted to Paralegal for Jemma Barnard. Her role includes assisting Jemma with daily case management, operation of her files and liaising with our clients and community.

Thea is passionate about compensation law as it allows her to support people through one of the most challenging periods of their life. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved for our client’s. Her calm and collected attitude, and incredible work ethic has made her an instant asset to our team.

Outside of work, you can often find Thea at a local market or spending time with her partner and family.
